is a founder and co-owner of Smokin Okies. With over 20 years experience in the Restaurant Business, she brings a lot to the table. She began her career at Eduardo's in Concord and Walnut Creek. She is also the founder and owner of Mangiamo Catering. You will find Angela mingling about on a daily basis!
Sara
is a founder and co-owner of the joint. While this is her first venture in the Restaurant business, she has a catering backround that begins with chopping onions for her father at age 5. As an accomplished violinist, occasionally you will find her playing a hoe-down on the dining room floor!
Joel
is the pit master and kitchen manager at Smokin Okies. He lights a mean fire, and usually carries a cleaver. Joel has 15 years experience cooking in some of Contra Costa's finest restaurants.
Silvana
is the pastry chef. Try her signature Southern Tiramisu!!! It's to die for. Blending her Italian kitchen skills with Southern BBQ is what gives our desserts that Smoking Okies special taste.
